Two days left until the start, the cars are ready. Craig has already arrived in Budapest, Michal & Milos land tomorrow in the evening, I will drive Baby Beast from Vienna to Bp on Friday.
In 2011 we had 8 banana boxes full of equipment, this year only four. This is important as last time our car was too heavy for deep sand.
The last minute activities include copying all the maps to the GPSes, charging cameras, phones, radios, and packing up the tent again. I realized a few minutes ago that I should have pitched the new tent at least once before we leave. That was an easy job, getting it into its tiny bag again will probably keep me busy for the next hours 😉
