Mongolia – we are coming!
Finally! Hopefully! The final route is still a bit vague, but in June 2024 my dream to drive to Mongolia will finally come true.
My Iranian visa is still being processed…
Just out of curiosity I checked the state of my Iran visa application today. I haven’t received any update for 6 months, but when I enter the application ID on the homepage of the Iranian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, it still says “processing”.
Mongolia postponed…
Unfortunately the spreading of covid-19 and the lockdowns and border closures make it impossible to travel this year.
For a short time we considered shifting to autumn, but temperatures in Mongolia drop below freezing at the end of September already. Reluctantly we are postponing the trip…
